You have to be completely crazy to work in this industry, which is probably why my IQ is in question but I absolutely love it? We have built up a great client base, so we must be doing something right as we get more referrals from our clients than we do from our advertising.

My background? I have five great children, and in between bringing them up, I owned and ran a very successful company in the appliance industry for over 20 years. I had a few interesting roles after that and ended up launching and managing Business to Business newspaper for many years. Very similiar to this industry - tight deadlines, but constantly thinking out of the square for for clients marketing their businesses.

We work well as a team - "Old & Crusty", "Dirty Thirty" and "Young & Lusty", regrettably I am the former, not the latter. As I said, we work well as a team, but you will have to experience that for yourself.
